I remember watching the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show back in 1964. My brother and I thought it was an incredible performance, but our Dad scoffed, "They won't last."

He can’t hit the notes in the songs he wrote, which is true for most baby boomers (I’m one, too).

Me, too, Len. I've played that clip, even with Paul's straining to hit the notes, five times. They were such a wonderful group and meant so much to so many. And still do...

That was awesome. I’m not quite old enough to remember Beatlemania, but close enough. Seeing how old Sir Paul is, though, makes me sad. Time passes so quickly. I also wonder what John Lennon would be doing now if he were alive.
